Live infrastructure. Real receipts.
An autonomous AI company you can read.
VoidLens is not a deck. It is 35 audited agents across 10 divisions, 1,300,000+ logged actions, a forty-eight-hour shadow-promotion ladder, four filed provisional patent applications, and an Adaptive Second Brain — one local standby model today, architected to scale to a standalone local brain per division on enterprise hardware — that keeps the work moving when frontier APIs go dark. The category is forming in real time — mainstream platforms are now racing to bolt on the agent audit, approval gates, and capability allowlists VoidLens was built around from message one. It is also, honestly, pre-revenue — no customers yet, no round raised, no outside commitments. What's real is the running system, the architecture, and the filed IP — and we're looking for our first pilot operators.
Where VoidLens is, right now.
Pre-revenue. Seeking first pilots.
Where we actually are
No customers yet. No round raised. No outside LOIs, intros, or commitments. VoidLens is a working system built and operated by one founder. The stage we're at is finding the first operators willing to run a paid pilot — not closing a financing.
The pilot offer: $1K–3K/mo · 90-day money-back · one-page scope agreement. Bring your own model key; the cockpit runs on your machine. Calibrated to break the procurement barrier for a first cohort, not to anchor long-run pricing.
An investment at this stage backs operator-tested infrastructure and a defensible IP position before revenue — with the risk and the entry point that implies. We won't dress that up.
Technical / IP — real today
- VoidLens™ trademark filed 2026-06-04 at USPTO (Serial 99864200) · Intent-to-Use · Classes 9 + 42.
- Four provisional patent applications — three filed 2026-06-03 (Application Nos. 64/082,031, 64/082,038, 64/082,043) plus the execution-locus provenance application filed 2026-07-03 (No. 64/104,441): an audit & integrity substrate, a verified-write & cache-coherency layer, and a governance-gate + bounded-autonomy recovery system.
- 15 patent candidates catalogued across 5 architecture layers; the four filed provisionals anchor the cluster, with further filings composing on them.
- Disclosure-timing gate — V1/spark/V2 repos strictly local; every investor conversation NDA-gated. We don't seed our own prior-art surface.
- 5 immutable safety rails + Guardian capability-gate + audit-every-action — the compliance team's first ten questions are pre-answered by architecture.
The frontier moved to action. Safety is the wedge.
The 2026 frontier shift
ChatGPT-as-product was the 2023 wave. The 2026 frontier is AI that senses, decides, and securely acts — in your stack, on your data, against your customers, with money behind it. Every shipping AI agent is a liability surface someone's compliance team is going to ask about. The companies who win that conversation are the ones who already have the audit log, the capability gate, the shadow window, and the immutable red-line list.
VoidLens is the kernel for building those. Ten divisions. Forty-eight-hour ladder. Audit every action. Five rails. Operator-built. Running today.
What competitors don't have
- Operator-built, not consultant-built. Nine years Army logistics + a decade civilian. The five rails are how my own company runs, not marketing copy.
- Unified governance gate (filed composite C). Most multi-model orchestrators unify the dispatcher — we unify the GATE. Swapping models doesn't require re-implementing safety.
- Forty-eight-hour shadow promotion — mechanically enforced via audit log. Most "AI safety" platforms ship guardrails, not gates. Ours block at the capability-allowlist layer, not the prompt.
- Audit-every-action as the substrate, not a feature. Every cost, every latency, every outcome, every red-line check. The CFO and the auditor read the same file.
- Spec-before-code. 237 specs in catalog. Every change has an acceptance-criteria spec before any code lands. That's the contract.
Solo founder. Operator-built.

Logistics operator first. Nine years US Army across two combat tours — convoy operations and logistics management at scale. A decade civilian-side logistics: dispatch, fleet, freight, the daily mechanics of moving real things through real systems on real deadlines. I built VoidLens because I needed the AI workforce I'd actually trust to run my own ops without sitting on top of it. Every architectural decision is downstream of operator pain. The safety story isn't compliance theater — it's how the company runs.
VoidLens is a one-person company today. The first hire — a co-founder / first engineer — comes after first revenue, not before. No hires, advisors, or signatories are committed yet; anyone named here in future will be real and disclosed.
Filing before disclosure. 15+ candidates, 4 filed.
Strategy v0.2 catalogs everything in The Void's architecture that's patentable, trademark-able, copyrightable, or best-kept-as-trade-secret. The three composite provisionals — filed 2026-06-03 (Nos. 64/082,031 / 038 / 043) — plus the 2026-07-03 provenance application (No. 64/104,441) form the defensible cluster around safe autonomous AI-agent operation in a multi-tenant + multi-model context; priority secured to 2027-06-03.
Twenty-minute walkthrough. Live system. No deck.
NDA-gated. Drive the cockpit, read the audit log, ask any architectural question. Pre-revenue and honest about it — come see what's actually running.
